Located in Panama City Beach, Florida, The Beach Wagon was an idea that emerged to solve a problem. The problem: thousands and thousands of beach items are trashed each year by vacationers who buy items for their stay and leave them behind. Most resorts, condominiums, and hotels will not keep these items for other guests to use due to liability concerns.
What happens to the items left behind? Most are trashed, and many end up in our beautiful waters. Don’t believe me? Watch beach services every morning as they empty trash cans and see how many chairs, many with tags, are hanging from their trucks.
I had a grandmother who frequently used the term, “For gosh sakes, honey, don’t waste it.” I love living in paradise and seeing the beautiful waters and scenery. I want to do my part to sustain this landscape for future generations. I also love helping make people’s lives a little easier. Thus, The Beach Wagon was born.
What makes The Beach Wagon different? There are many services available that offer set-ups for the day along the beach. I’ve used them and loved them. But that service can become quite pricey if you are vacationing for an entire week. The Beach Wagon will deliver everything you need to your rental so you can enjoy it at your leisure at a fair price. Then, we will pick it back up at the end of your stay. Ummmmm, yes, please!
The Beach Wagon offers many options for the perfect day at the beach, including pre-packaged suggestions. One of the most important things to me was having a wagon that could easily be pulled through the “sugar” sand along the Panhandle of Florida. The sand is very fine, causing most wagon wheels to sink. One gorgeous day on the beach, we watched two bodybuilders struggle with a (not-like-ours) wagon, which became easier for them to lift and carry rather than to keep pulling. With both the wagon and trolley we offer, life is so much easier because the wheels glide over the sand. No sinking. No exhaustion when you finally get everything to your perfect spot.
We offer a variety of beach chairs for rent, including low-rise beach chairs, children’s beach chairs, tall beach chairs (perfect for an injured or much-used knee), and beach loungers. We have coolers, both hard-side and soft-side. We have umbrellas, tents, and Solbello shades. We offer beach games and children’s beach toys. We also strive to provide excellent customer service.
Do yourself a favor, “Pack Light, Play Right”, and enjoy the beaches of Panama City Beach, Inlet Beach, and some areas of 30A by using The Beach Wagon.
