How The Beach Wagon Rental Works

Does anyone else get overwhelmed when packing for a beach vacation? Are the toothbrushes and toothpaste packed? What about deodorant? Clothes and swimsuits? Do you have the necessary documents? Has the “away” feature been scheduled on your work email? Do you have snacks and water? The list can seem endless.

Between work and family, planning and packing, finding dog sitters, pausing the mail, and all the other balls in the air, the start of vacations can often be overwhelming. You’ve been looking forward to this trip for months, but those last few hours before leaving can often be quite harrowing.

And then it hits you. What are we going to use on the beach? Do you head to the garage to start digging 30 minutes before you leave for the beach chairs used last season? Where are they? Are they still in good condition? Then you turn around and see the car, and wonder where you will put those chairs if you can find them. Do you try to consolidate luggage to make space? Does any of this sound familiar?

Take the stress off yourself and let The Beach Wagon handle the beach gear. The Beach Wagon delivers beach gear rentals for your use during your entire stay. We do not set up on the beach; you choose your spot and use the equipment at your leisure.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Go to our website, TheBeachWagon.com. We have multiple packages to choose from, and you can tailor them to your needs. If you’re on a family beach trip, we have a family package called “We Brought the Kids” that includes an easy-pull wagon or trolley, 2 adult beach chairs, 2 children’s beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a The Beach Wagon beach bag, yours to keep. We set a three-day minimum to keep prices down.

Step 2: Either book online, or if you need same-day delivery, give us a call at 850-977-0777. If you have questions or trouble booking, please give us a call. If you’re a veteran, educator, or first responder, we have a “thank you” discount code for your service, so be sure to ask for it.

Step 3: Confirmation text. You will receive a confirmation text within 48 hours of booking containing your items, times, and locations. Please confirm that you’ve received this text so we can verify your phone number. The day before delivery, you will receive a text giving you a better delivery window, usually within an hour. Then you will receive a text when we’re about 10 minutes from you, so you can start heading to meet us.

Step 3: Meet us at your rental location in Panama City Beach or Inlet Beach, Florida. We offer two delivery times: 7-10 a.m. (free delivery) and 4-7 p.m. (delivery fee). We ask that you meet us downstairs to collect your items. Many locations do not have delivery parking, but they will allow us to meet you in the loading/unloading zones. We verify that you have everything you need and then leave the equipment.

Step 4: ENJOY! Soak up the sun, play in the sand, and splash in the waves. You are visiting the Emerald Coast, named for its beautiful emerald waters. We hope you enjoy every second.

Step 5: The day before pickup, you will receive another text with a pickup window, and then another text when we are 10 minutes away. We verify that all items are present and leave you to enjoy the rest of your day.
